How do I change the delay before voicemail kicks in?

Nokia 5146, One2One network:

One2One recently changed the network so you only get 15 seconds (4 rings) before voicemail steals your call...if you can't get to the phone in that time and the caller doesn't leave a message, you've lost! To change this, dial:

where nn is the number of seconds you want, eg 30.
