Homechoice: Troubleshooting
How do I get Yahoo Messenger to work with Homechoice?
Option (1):-
Go to Login->Preferences
Select Connections
Tick No Proxies.
You should then be able to use voice, file transfers, camera etc.
Option (2):
Go to Login->Preferences
Select Connections
Tick Use Proxies
Tick Enable SOCKS Proxy
Server Name: Enter gw1.homechoice.co.uk
Server Port: Enter 1080
Select Ver 5
Clear (un-tick) Authentication
You should then be able to use voice, file transfers, camera etc.

have yahoo messenger but lost icon and point on task bar for activating small window with names of friends on it
